Orders placed Monday – Thursday after 2:00pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) will be PROCESSED within 2-3 days. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday. We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their product is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of your hemp or CBD. Due to age restrictions for use of this website (see Terms & Conditions), no information obtained by this site falls within the Child Online Privacy Act (COPA) and it is not monitored as doing so.

Order Processing Delivery Method and Timing

Any shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and viewable at checkout. After an order has been received in our system, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process and ship. Typical shipping times may vary from 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times.

*AK and HI will incur additional time for delivery and an additional shipping cost. This does not include any potential delays due to inclement weather, holidays, or world disasters, which can cause shipping disruption and delay delivery.

All DISCOUNT promotional products that were not charged shipping and cancel prior to the second shipment on any subscription (or return) may be subject to a shipping charge of $5.95.

We are not responsible for lost, held, damaged, or stolen packages. We are not responsible for customer error due to incorrect shipping address information. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS or FedEx along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS, UPS or FedEx.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to the continental U.S. We do ship to all USA States; we DO NOT ship to Canada, Virgin Island, or Puerto Rico. We do not ship to any destination where these products may be legally restricted or prohibited.

All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) to ensure a refund is credited to the correct account.

RETURNS & REFUNDS INFORMATION

ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE PACKED CAREFULLY; BROKEN, DAMAGED, or USED/UNSEALED PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

We want you to feel confident with your purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to: support@kushydreams.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photographic proof of the claimed damage.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund of the purchase price of any unused/sealed and not broken portion of the product order, excluding shipping, restocking fee/fees, and any applicable sales tax. 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: RETURNS AND REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE DONE ON PRODUCTS WITH UNOPENED/UNBROKEN SAFETY SEALS. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED BY OUR FULFILLMENT FACILITY AND INSPECTED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING, AND ANY DAMAGE TO PRODUCT RETURNS.

We highly recommend that returns be sent through a carrier that will advise on the correct packaging of items, insure items, and track items and shipments. Any DISCOUNT promotional product sales that were not charged shipping and cancel or return before the second shipment on any subscription may be subject to a shipping charge of $5.95 on one item purchases, and up to $9.95 for multi-item purchases. All product returns will incur a re-stocking fee of $5.99 per unit. Please contact customer service to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) to facilitate the return process, and to ensure that any refund is credited to the correct account.
